Policy Agreement.

By booking with Olivia Huynh Hair the client understands and agrees to all Olivia Huynh Hair policies. Our policies are subject to change; such changes are immediately effective without notice.

Cancellation policy.

Please note that I require 48 HOUR NOTICE OF CANCELLATION. Clients who do not show up for their appointment or fail to cancel within the 48hr notice time will void the security deposit or a cancellation fee will be required in order to rebook your appointment. Olivia Huynh Hair strives to accomodate all our clients to the best of our ability.

Please show up to your appointment 5 minutes early. Appointments will be held for up to 15 minutes. All late appointments are subjected to cancellation and cancellation fee. For rebookings, a new security deposit will be required.

All appointments can be cancelled by emailing oliviahuynhhair@gmail.com or calling 48 hours before.
